The floors were sticky , and a pungent odor of stale beer and dirty bathrooms suffused the entire venue . Smelling a mixture of excrement , old age and sour vomit . The serving zone , which should be the focal point of any pub, was littered with unwashed glassware and trash that looked like it had accumulated over weeks. The bathroom was in even worse condition — backed up, with a snapped lever and walls covered in what I can only assume was human waste .
